Special Events is a great committee to get involved with to meet great people, have fun, and participate in crazy and unique events. Our committee is very dedicated and we have become a family through the events and meetings that have taken place. None of our events are alike, which is what makes our committee awesome. One moment we will be planning Blacklight Dodgeball or a Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball and then it will be on to Spring Fest and Speed Dating. Also, we are usually never in the same place. We have done events in the Intermural Gym, the LSC Ballrooms, and on the Plaza. Not only will you be able to help set-up and put the event on but actually participate in planning and marketing the event from the beginning. Our committee is different from the rest because of the wide range of events that you are able to be a part of and each one being unique. You are not doing the same thing every week like other committees due to not having a series of events like other committees such as Lunch with a Laugh, Skeller Trivia, and Movies.
