Background Information
In an effort to expand programming in the Lory Student Center and to increase collaboration between Campus Activities, student organizations, and CSU departments, ASAP has set aside funding to support programming both in the Lory Student Center and on the CSU campus.
ASAP Co-Programming Grant
The ASAP Co-Programming Grant is designed to encourage and support partnerships between CSU recognized organizations/departments and ASAP. Co-programming allows organizations/departments to partner with ASAP to plan, develop and implement and program. The Grant is administered through the ASAP Grant Committee, CollaborASAP.
CSU recognized organizations/departments can apply for up to $2,000 for their co-program. Student fee dollars, collected through the Lory Student Center fee allocation, are set aside to support programming in the Lory Student Center. This fee allocation supports underwriting of the ASAP Co-Programming Grant Fund.
CSU recognized organizations/departments that would like to co-program with ASAP should contact the Grant Committee Chair (ASAP_Finance@mail.colostate.edu) to express their interest at least six weeks prior to your possible event date. Please click on the link below for more information about the application process.
ASAP Sponsorship
The ASAP Sponsorship is designed to encourage programming occurring after 6:00p.m. in the Lory Student Center. This sponsorship allows ASAP to provide financial support for such programs. The ASAP Sponsorship is administered through the ASAP Grant Committee, CollaborASAP.
CSU recognized organizations/departments can apply for up to $200 for their program. Student fee dollars, collected through the Lory Student Center fee allocation, are set aside to support programming in the Lory Student Center. Combined with a partnership with Lory Student Center Business Partners, this fee allocation supports underwriting of the ASAP Sponsorship Fund.
